These Terms of Service govern your use of jadeluma.cn and purchases made through the website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website operator and contracting seller

Jadeluma is operated by MOOTOPUP POWER TO PLAY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16779570, with its registered office at 7 Copperfield Road, Coventry, West Midlands, England, United Kingdom, CV2 4AQ.

MOOTOPUP POWER TO PLAY LIMITED is the contracting seller, payment recipient and entity responsible for customer orders, returns and refunds made through jadeluma.cn.

2. Products and business scope

Jadeluma sells jade jewellery, jade accessories and jade gift items, including Hetian jade products, bangles, bracelets, pendants, earrings, beads, carvings and other jade products accurately described on each product page.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Natural jade and other natural stone products may show variations in colour, texture, translucency, inclusions and polish. Screen settings and photography conditions can also affect how colours appear. Please review the product description, dimensions and size information before ordering.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the item, whichever occurs first. We may cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous, payment verification is unsuccessful, or another reasonable operational or legal reason applies.

5. Prices, shipping, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges are shown before the customer places an order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Eligible online purchases may be cancelled and returned in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Personalised, engraved, resized, custom-made or otherwise made-to-specification items may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Nothing in these Terms limits or removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Product care

Jade jewellery should be handled carefully. Avoid impact, harsh chemicals and extreme temperature changes.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
