This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through jadeluma.cn. The contracting seller is MOOTOPUP POWER TO PLAY LIMITED.

Order processing

Ready-to-ship items are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If a product requires additional preparation or handling, processing may take longer.

Shipping origin and delivery

Orders may be shipped from our fulfilment facility in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. After dispatch, estimated delivery is normally 5–8 business days for supported destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing and local delivery conditions and are not guaranteed dates.

Shipping charges and tracking

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before an order is placed. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
